The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials and in particular relates to a method for preparing a super-hydrophobic super-oleophilic porous material. The method comprises the following steps: etching clean a polyurethane sponge by adopting chromic acid cleaning solution, and loading polytetrafluoroethylene on the surface of the polyurethane sponge by adopting a rubbing method, thereby obtaining the super-hydrophobic super-oleophilic porous material. The invention provides a non-chemical, environment-friendly and convenient method for loading low-surface-energy substances, and the method is simple in process, convenient to operate, low in time consumption, simple and economical. The contact angle between the obtained material and water is larger than 150 degrees, the contact angle between the obtained material and oil is 0 degree, and the material has wide application prospects in the fields of cleaning of oil pollution in water, industrial oil-water separation and cleaning of organic matter leakage.
