Content determination of serum concentrations in a variety of antiepileptic drugs by HPLC

Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of serum concentrations in several anti-epileptic drugs.Methods:We determinated serum concentrations of 132 patients who were taken antiepileptic drugs by HPLC in our hospital from March 2006 to March 2009.Results:According to the test after treatment in patients with epilepsy that the steady-state plasma concentrations to achieve effective treatment of the number concentration of 36.33%,and it had no relationship with age and gender.Conclusion:The concentration of effective treatment for patients with treatment of the key,there is of decisive importance.
