Cytopathological and histopathological features of cerebral granular cell astrocytoma: a case report.

This case report describes the cytopathological and histopathological features of granular cell astrocytoma. Although this astrocytoma subtype rarely occurs, it should be considered due to its aggressiveness and to provide the appropriate postoperative therapies.
