The invention discloses a manual hydraulic carrying vehicle capable of lifting an object to be carried by hydraulic pressure to move the object to be carried. The manual hydraulic carrying vehicle is provided with a vehicle frame, the two sides of the vehicle frame are both vertically provided with a chute, a hydraulic pump is fixed under the center of the vehicle frame, one side of a hydraulic rocker is pivoted with the vehicle frame, the hydraulic rocker can drive the hydraulic pump, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the middle part of the vehicle frame, and each of both ends of the vehicle frame is provided with a universal wheel; a jacking piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a chain wheel meshed with a chain, one end of the chain is connected with the vehicle frame and the other end of the chain is connected with a lower plug arm; the lower plug arm is connected with a chute in a sliding mode, the upper end of the chute is provided with an upper plug arm and the lower side of the lower plug arm is fixed with a universal wheel; and the outer sides of the chutes are fixed with handles. The carrying vehicle and the object to be carried are connected into a whole, so a human power hydraulic device can lift and move the whole object under the condition that the center of the gravity is far from a vehicle body by using the rigidity of the object to be carried.
