Device for extracting volatility component and extracting method thereof

The invention provides a volatile component extraction device, comprising at least an extraction tank and a condenser; the bottom and the side wall of the extraction tank are respectively provided with a heating device, wherein, a rectifying tower is arranged between the extraction tank and the condenser; a steam outlet on top of the extraction tank is connected with a steam inlet which is arranged at the bottom of the rectifying tower; the steam outlet which is arranged at the top end of the rectifying tower is connected with the inlet of the condenser; the outlet of the condenser is connected with the inlet of an oil and water separator; the outlet of the oil and water separator is connected with the inlet of a recycling device; the outlet of the recycling device is connected with a volatile component recycling port which is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the rectifying tower. The invention also provides a volatile component extraction method which uses the device. The volatile component extraction device provided by the invention has finished structure and is extremely suitable for industrialized manufacture and installation. The volatile component extraction method provided by the invention has wide applicable surface, high yield, automatic operation and being suitable for industrialized production.
