Smart tensioning device calibrating method

2013
A smart tensioning device calibrating method includes a value point setting step, namely setting different value points in the rated pressure range of a jack, and extracting loading force values and calibrated pressure transmitter pressure values through the value points in the loading process of the jack; a force measuring step, namely allowing a load cell to measure the loading force values of the jack in real time, and sending the measured force values to a control center; a calibrated pressure transmitter pressure value extracting step, namely measuring the pressure values through all the value points of calibrated pressure transmitters; and a calibrating step, namely calculating regression coefficients automatically according to data measured at the value points through the control center, and automatically generating regression equations and relation curves between the force and pressure. The method has the advantages that the pressure value is not required to read from a pressure gauge manually but is transmitted to the control center directly, data is accurate, calibrating process is free of human intervention and can be completed once, the regression coefficients can be calculated automatically, the regression equations can be given automatically, and the calibrating curves, namely the relation curves between the force and pressure, can be generated automatically.
