The invention discloses anti-corrosion cement and an application thereof. The anti-corrosion cement comprises the following raw materials by weight: 280-720 parts of cement clinker, 80-210 parts of high-molecular polymer, 50-150 parts of calcium sulfate, 15-45 parts of coal ash, and 30-60 parts of a stabilizer. The anti-corrosion cement is prepared by the steps of mixing, pre-heating, decomposing, calcining, grinding and homogenizing. The composition sources of the anti-corrosion cement are extensive, the high-molecular polymer is added to the cement clinker for preparing the anti-corrosion cement, and the process is simple. Compared with other cement, the anti-corrosion performance of the prepared annular concrete pole and other cement product is stronger, and the abrasive resistance is good.
