Effect of Different Changing Media Volume and FBS on The Development of Bovine Parthenogenetic Embryos in Vitro
2011
This study aimed to investigate the effect of changing media volume and un-inactivated serum on the developmental potentiality of bovine parthenogenetic embryos. The results indicated that the blastocyst developmental rates of 1/2 groups were significantly higher than of 1/4 and 3/4 groups(P0.05) when SOFaa was used as the basic medium, they were 38.84%,23.39%,21.71% respectivily. The cleavage rates and blastocyst rates of embryos had no significantly difference between inactivated and un-inactivated serum groups(P﹥0.05).
