A Novel W-Band Frequency Measurement Method Based on Fabry-Pérot Resonator

With the continuous development of terahertz technology, the current terahertz related research has a higher demand for terahertz measurement technology, but the current frequency measurement technology mainly used in terahertz band basically has the disadvantages of complex structure and high cost. In this paper, a novel structure is further optimized on the basis of the Fabry-Perot resonator, which is applied in the wavelength calibration of THz frequency band. Through the analysis of the simulation results, we successfully verify the feasibility of this terahertz frequency measurement scheme. Finally, a novel measurement method of W-band frequency based on Fabry-Perot resonator is obtained.
