Critical issues due to cultural context sensitivity differential in software development and telecom sectors in least developed countries, a case study of Pakistan

This paper breaks down the problem of cultural context sensitivity into its constituent units and analyzes each unit to establish the placement of least developed countries in context sensitivity scale with having Pakistan as case study. Impact of this problem is studied on the most vulnerable Software outsourcing and Telecom sector in Pakistan. At the end, Cure and Preventive measures are stated along with new domains of research.
