YUMUŞAK HİPERPLASTİK ALVEOL KRETLERİNDE YUMUŞAK ASTAR MADDESİ MOLLOPLAST-B NİN KULLANIMI-USE OF RESILIENT DENTURE BASE MATERIAL (MOLLOPLAST-B) IN THE FLABBY HYPERPLASTIC RIDGES

Anahtar Sozcukler: Yumusak Hiperplastik Kretler. Yumusak Astar Maddesi (Molloplast-B). Bu arastirma yumusak hiperplastik alveol kretlerinde basincin esit olarak destek dokusu uzerine dagitilmasi amaci ile Molloplast-B yumusak astar maddesinin kullanilmasinin pratikteki onemi incelenmistir. Bu amacla her hastaya uc ayri tip kaide plagina sahip ust tam protezler yapilarak bir basinc indikatoru ile basinc alanlarindaki ayricaliklar denetlenmistir. Her uc tip protezde cigneme basinclarinin destek yuzeye iletilmesi acisindan belirgin bir ayricalik gostermemistir. Sonuc olarak Molloplast-B yumusak astar maddesinin hiperplastik dokuya sahip ust cenelerde reziliensi farkli destek bolgelere ayn ayn uygulanmasi ile basinc iletiminin esitlenmesinde ve hiperlastik bolgelerde azaltilmasinda onemli bir rol oynamadigi soylenebilir. Key Words : Fla by Hyperplastic Ridges, Resilient Denture Base Material (Molloplast-B) In this research, the importance of using the resilient denture base material (Molloplast-B) in practice has been investigated in distributing the pressure at the flabby hyperplastic ridges equally on the supporting tissue. For this purpose, by preparing upper total dentures with three different types of base matA©riels, the difference in the pressure areas has been checked with a pressure indicator. Each of the three types of dentures has not demonstrated a significant difference in conveying masticatory pressures to the supporting surface. As a result, it can be said that the application of the resilient denture base material (Molloplast-B) to the supporting areas with different resiliency se perately at the upper jaws with hyperplastic tissue does not play an important role in equalizing the transfer of pressure and in decreasing at the hyperplastic areas.
