A New Perspective of Giving Play to College Retirees

This paper argues that, while the possibility of helping college retirees “live an equally active life at their old age” depends on the cooperation and support of the whole society, a first and foremost thing to do is to bring into full play the initiative of the college itself and to give the work its due attention, so that college retirees can be better served and more satisfied.
