Clinical analysis of Yanhuning and Gatifloxacin in treatment of adult upper respiratory tract infection

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Yanhuning and Gatifloxacin in treatment of adult upper respiratory tract infection.Methods One hundred and eighty cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 90 cases.The patients in treatment group were treated with Yanhuning combined with Gatifloxacin,5 days for one course of treatment.The patients in control group were treated with gatifloxacin only,the drug treatment programs and course of treatment were in the same of treatment group.Results The total effective rate of treatment group (96.67%) was higher than that of control group (86.67%).The time of temperature and blood recovery in treatment group were respectively at the end of the third day and the fifth day,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion The use of Yanhuning combined with gatifloxacin in treatment of adults upper respiratory tract infection is more worthy of promotion with advantage of quicker treatment effect.
