Study on Fast Induction of L-form Bacillus cereus by Lysozyme

[Objective]The research aimed to study the conditions of the induction of L-form Bacillus cereus by lysozyme.[Method]The stable L-form of B.cereus was induced by using lysozyme and its morphology,growth,and the sensitivity of osmotic pressure were studied.[Result]The results showed that 2 mg/ml of lysozyme could induce the forming of L-form of B.cereus better,and the L-form of B.cereus was spherical,gram-negative,sensitive to osmotic.[Conclusion]This research established the best concentration of lysozyme during the induction of L-form B.cereus.
