Investigation of broad spectrum absorption of Lead zirconate titanate grating

2014
Abstract This paper presents the optical absorptance and reflectance in Lead zirconate titanate grating for the solar cells. By properly selected the appropriate grating periods, grating height, duty rate and the film thickness, the related devices could be developed to have bright performance. This study revealed that the grating with 200 nm square grating, 200 nm grating height on the 100 nm film thickness, application of the proposed related devices to an appreciable high absorptance, which reaches up to 99.6% in the wavelength from 200 nm to 550 nm. These advantages make our design showed the great potential in such as imaging, detection, and solar energy applications.
