Triangular Venous Valvuloplasty: A New Procedure for Correction of Venous Incompetence

• Five patients with chronic venous insufficiency, leg edema, and ulceration were treated by a new method of vein valvuloplasty. Follow-up at six to 12 months showed resolution of the problem. ( Arch Surg 1982;117:1250-1251)
