The invention discloses an abdominal aortic aneurysm outer contour segmentation method capable of combining context information narrow band constraints. The abdominal aortic aneurysm outer contour segmentation method comprises the following steps: 1) improving outer contour preliminary segmentation which is used by an LBF (Local Binary Fitting) level set method, utilizing the advantages of the LBF in the target segmentation of a low-contrast image, and combining with the narrow band constraints to obtain a preliminary outer counter; 2) putting forward a segmentation method based on the context narrow band constraints to realize the fine segmentation of the outer counter; and 3) utilizing the spatial continuity of a CTA (Computed Tomographic Angiography) image sequence to apply a fine segmentation result to level set initialization when an adjacent shearing layer is subjected to the preliminary segmentation. The invention provides the abdominal aortic aneurysm outer contour segmentation method capable of combining context information narrow band constraints, and the abdominal aortic aneurysm outer contour segmentation method has the advantages of being high segmentation precision and segmentation efficiency.
