Hemşirelerde Ölüm Ve Ölümcül Hastalığı Olan Çocuğa İlişikin Yaşadıkları Duygular

The feelings that Nurses experience while treating the Child with a Fatal disease It has been the purpose of this research to examine the feelings that nurses experience in relation to treating the child with a fatal disease. The subjects in this research are 172 nurses working in the departments where there are children aged 10-18 with fatal diseases in all the hospital in Ankara and Samsun. 48 of the nurses haven't consented lo participate in the research, and four of them who mar¬ked only independent questiong in the form have been eliminated. In statistical evaluation, frequency distribution and percentage have been used. The research has devealed that the nurses have had some problems such as communica¬ting with patients, coping with stress, realizing their own fear of death. Bu arastirmada, hemsirelerin olum ve olumcul hastaligi olan cocuga bakim vermeye iliskin yasadiklan duygularin incelenmesi amaclanmistir. Arastirmanin evrenini Ankara ve Samsun ilindeki Universite, Devlet ve Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumuna bagli hastanelerin, olumcul hastalik tanisiyla yatan 10-18 yas cocuklarin yattigi servislerindeki hemsireler olusturmaktadir. Evreni olusturan 172 hemsirenin tamami arastirmanin kapsamina alinmistir. 48 hemsire arastirmaya katilmayi kabul etmemistir. Aynca 4 hemsire veri toplama formunda yalniz¬ca bagimsiz degiskenleri yanitlamalari nedeniyle arastirma kapsami disinda birakilmistir. Verilerin cozumlenmesinde SPSS paket programi kullanilmistir. Istatistiksel degerlendir¬mede frekans ve yuzde kullanilmistir. Arastirmanin sonunda, hemsirelerin olumcul hastaligi olan cocuga bakim verirken iletisim, stres ile basetme ve olum konusunda kendi duygu ve korkularini tanimada ve basetmede guclukler yasadiklan belirlenmistir.
