Preparation method and system of biomass moulding fuel

The invention discloses a preparation method and a preparation system of biomass moulding fuel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying a biomass raw material with high-temperature steam, coarsely grinding, roasting with high-temperature fume, finely grinding, mixing the ground biomass raw material with a dried sludge raw material, adding a sludge additive, mixing and moulding so as to obtain the biomass moulding fuel. The system comprises a raw material processing system, a moulding system and a boiler system, wherein the boiler system is used for offering high-temperature steam to the raw material processing system by virtue of a high-temperature steam pipeline; and the boiler system is used for offering high-temperature fume to a roasting system by virtue of a high-temperature gas supply pipe. The biomass moulding fuel prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is strong in water absorption resistance, low in storage and transport cost, not easily mildewed and high in strength; and the system disclosed by the invention is low in operation cost, mild in moulding condition, low in the loss of moulding equipment, high in heat energy utilization rate and good in the performance of the obtained moulding fuel.
