Transformando un trauma: caso de una catarata traumática con iridodiálisis resuelto simple y eficientemente

SUMMARY Blunt trauma that produces a traumatic cataract and iridodialysis is solved through practical, simple and safe manoeuvres. After the cataract treatment with the assistance of a capsular tension ring and phacoemulsification, the iridodialysis is repaired using a double-armed McCannell suture and a 27-gauge docking needle. The technique is functionally and cosmetically effective.
