Anti-ice-snow overhead conductor

2011
An anti-ice-snow overhead conductor comprises a bearing portion in the center and a conductive portion on the outside, the conductive portion is divided into an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, each layer of the conductive portion is formed by twisting a shaped wire having a Z-shaped cross section, the twisting screwing directions of the inner layer and the outer layer are same, the twisting screwing direction of the middle layer is opposite to that of the inner layer; and the cross section of each shaped wire includes an arced section in the middle and arced laminating portions protruding from the two ends, the two sides of the arced section are an inner arced edge and an outer arced edge which are concentric, the thickness of the laminating portion is half of that of the arced section, the laminating portion at one end protrudes along the outer arced edge, and the laminating portion at the other end protrudes along the inner arced edge, and central angles corresponding to the arced section in the middle and the laminating portions at the two ends are same. According to the anti-ice-snow overhead conductor, a frictional force between neighboring shaped wires is big, and the combination is more compact, thus avoiding water entering to the maximal degree, and preventing ice and snow from attaching.
