Analysis and Thinking on the Training Needs of Rural Kindergarten Principal

To understand the training needs of rural kindergarten principals is the basement of an effective training.In this study,we used questionnaires,discussions and individual interviews to get the information about the rural kindergarten principals who participate in training,and their needs and problems of training.At last,we gave some recommendations of the training based on the combination of training and education practice.
