The invention relates to a preparation method of a health puffed mixed grain food. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps: (1) grinding; (2) mixing, namely weighing mixed grain powder in proportion and mixing uniformly, wherein mixed grains comprise the following materials by weight percent: 30%-40% of corns, 15%-18% of millet, 13%-17% of coarse rice, 12%-16% of yellow beans, 9%-11% of coix seeds, 5%-7% of buckwheat and 3%-5% of oats; (3) extruding for puffing; (4) pre-drying; (5) drying, roasting and cooling; (6) packaging. According to the health puffed mixed grain food prepared by adopting the method, nutritional ingredients in the mixed grains can be reserved to the maximum extent, the mixed grain food has a plurality of eating methods and is store-resistant, nutritional elements of various mixed grain foods are integrated, the effects of promoting defecation, reducing blood sugar and blood fat, losing weight, removing toxic materials, preventing digestive system neoplasm and the like are achieved, and the mixed grain food is convenient to eat and long in shelf life.
