The invention applies to the field of PCB (printed circuit board) processing, and provides a determination method of clamping reliability of a PCB (printed circuit board) clamp. The determination method comprises steps as follows: a wave curve function of any one wave in a curve of a clamping surface is determined; a corresponding mechanical equilibrium equation of waves is determined according to the wave curve function; an integral mechanical equilibrium equation during clamping of the PCB clamp is determined; parameters of clamping reliability of the PCB clamp are analyzed according to the integral mechanical equilibrium equation. The integral mechanical equilibrium equation during clamping is analyzed, and the relationship between a material elasticity modulus and a straight line error degree of a batten is obtained, so that the clamping reliability is improved through comprehensive allocation of clamping force, sizes, material elasticity moduli and values of straight line error degree under the condition that the processing accuracy is difficult to improve by means of a long and narrow PCB clamp, and forceful support is provided for design of the PCB clamp.
