Neurosensory hearing loss in Klippel-Feil’s syndrome

A case of Klippel-Feil syndrome with unilateral sensori-neural deafness has been reported. The aetiology of this condition is uncertain. This is an unusual case with unilateral sensorineural deafness without any other congenital anomaly which were present in many other observers’ reports.
