The invention relates to the field of bearing support and especially relates to a bearing support base and a washing machine therewith. The bearing support base comprises a bearing fixing part. A stator positioning part is arranged protrudingly on the periphery of the bearing fixing part and is used for mounting and positioning a stator. In the technical scheme, the stator positioning part is used for replacing a low-rotation-rate bearing support base annular flange outer edge as a stator installation base level, thereby reducing the thickness of the annular flange, saving materials and reducing cost.
