High-altitude intelligent life-saving apparatus

2011
Provided is a high-altitude intelligent life-saving apparatus. Closely adjacent to a float rope-pressing wheel group, a rope-winding wheel is disposed at one end of the external surface of a double-layer fixed base. The upper and lower ends of float rope-pressing wheels are equipped with a rope-guiding wheel group, respectively. A speed-increasing gear transmission group is disposed at the central cavity portion of the double-layer fixed base. The high-altitude intelligent life-saving apparatus of the utility model has the technical effects that firstly, the mechanical-electrical integration design is adopted to realize intellectual and passive development of the life-saving apparatus, which is higher in safety, stability, speed and comfort level by using a single-chip microcomputer to control the descent speed; secondly, the safety and the reliability of the system is significantly enhanced so that the life-saving apparatus can intelligently descend at a low speed and has a quite high overloading ability; thirdly, the high-altitude intelligent life-saving apparatus has a wide range of application height (in theory, the high-altitude intelligent life-saving apparatus is applicable as long as ropes can withstand loads, and the height can reach 1 km if the diameter of the ropes is 3 mm, the weight of a person is 60 kg and the allowable stress is 200 mp; fourthly, the high-altitude intelligent life-saving apparatus is small in volume and weight, and is convenient to install, store and carry; and fifthly, no leakage of lubricating oil and grease occurs, no toxic or corrosive materials are used, and the cost is low.
