ELEMENTOS ENVOLVIDOS NA FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL DO SECRETÁRIO EXECUTIVO A PARTIR DE UMA ANÁLISE DAS MATRIZES CURRICULARES: PERSPECTIVAS E LIMITAÇÕES ELEMENTS INVOLVED IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FROM AN ANALYSIS OF THE CURRICULUM MATRIX: PROSPECTS AND LIMITATIONS

This study aims to identify the Higher Education Institutions, of all regions of Brazil, bidding of Courses Bachelor of Executive Secretariat and analyze the main characteristics and trends related to the process of professional education in the area, on the basis of similarities and peculiarities exist between their Curricular Arrays. The studies related to this topic in the field of Executive Secretariat, even that little expressive, has received considerable contributions of scholars over the past 10 years. In this way, with this work, we propose to search for answers to the following question-problem: What are the main characteristics and trends related to the process of formation of the Executive Secretary, from similarities and peculiarities in existing Curricular Arrays of the courses of a Bachelor's Degree? The article has an exploratory and develops by means of documentary research and literature, as well as the quantitative and qualitative approaches in tabulation and analysis of the data and/or evidence collected. The main results showed that in the last five years there have been a small number of courses created and that many of those who were cataloged are no longer in operation. Furthermore, as regards the Curricular Arrays, we found the existence of a greater targeting of efforts for the formation of the Executive Secretary in the area of Languages and Communication Techniques, which attests to the construction of a professional profile weakened in relation to specific training.
