The Case | An unusual case of intoxication

A 59-year-old man with known hypertension, hypothyroidism, and depression was brought to the hospital for acute dizziness and somnolence after ingesting 250 ml of an unknown substance accidentally. He had no past of kidney disease and was on no medication.
