Катетерная аблация медленных путей атриовентрикулярного узла при атриовентрикулярной узловой риентри тахикардии у пациента с кава-фильтром

2014
Catheter ablation is considered to be the method of choice for the treatment of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia with high cure rate. Catheter ablation of slow pathway in atrioventricular node is usually performed with standard percutaneous access through the left or right femoral vein. However, in some cases access through femoral veins is impossible due to different pathologies. In such cases electrophysiological procedures may be performed using other vascular accesses. In presented case report a patient with implantedcava filter in inferior vena cava was undergone radiofrequency ablation of slow pathway through left and rightsubclavian veins.
