Advance of Research on Molecular Biology of β-Mannanase

The sources and recent advances in molecular biology research on β-mannanase which originate from microbes, plants and animals, including its gene sequence analysis, amino acids sequence analysis, gene cloning, gene heterologous expression, and applications in different fields etc were summarized in this paper.
