A catheter system (810) comprising: a catheter body (816) comprising a proximal end of catheter and a catheter distal end; a balloon (824) positioned at said catheter distal end, the balloon having a proximal end and a distal end balloon balloon; a distal short rail (851) providing a light attached to said balloon distal end of the guidewire, said guidewire lumen a length less than 15 mm; and an auxiliary elongated element (834) that provides an enclosure guidewire having a distal end and a proximal end chamber enclosure, said enclosure guidewire to said catheter body being connected; wherein said elongated auxiliary element is at least partially positioned within said catheter body, wherein the elongated auxiliary element has a point distal outlet (837) to a guide (849) thread placed therethrough, and the distal short rail is positioned on a portion of the distal system relative to the point distal outlet and wherein the point distal outlet is positioned at said distal end of catheter body further comprising a core wire (830) and an output point of core wire (843) located at a distal end of the catheter body wherein the core wire (830) exits the catheter body so that the core wire is positioned outside the catheter body to provide a outer core yarn, in which the outer core wire runs alongside the balloon, and a distal end (833) of the outer core wire is attached to a distal end of the system preferably attached to a tip of the balloon.
