Contrato psicológico: um conceito chave para as novas estratégias organizacionais

The goal of this study is to contribute for a deepening and more operative basis of the
Organizational Communication Management Model (Alberto Perez, 2001), root for the
Strategical Directive Management, through the integration of the Psychological Contract
concept, developed in the area of the Psychology of Organizations.
This concept, presented by Rousseau (1989; 1995), for the first time, assumes a non-formal
contract existence and shows the way in which this kind of contracts it conditions the
organizational relations (and, for consequence, the corporative comunicacional space).
Any organizational management strategy, today and in the future, will have to incorporate
communication, uncertainty and complexity, for which the Psychological Contract contributes
strongly and on which also it depends.
