Zinc-enriched inactivated lactobacillus microecological agent and preparation method thereof

2010
The invention relates to the field of feed additives and discloses a zinc-enriched inactivated lactobacillus microecological agent and a preparation method thereof. The Zinc-enriched inactivated lactobacillus microecological agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of zinc-enriched lactobacillus fermentation product and 40-70 parts of excipient, wherein the zinc enriched lactobacillus fermentation product comprises the components of inactivated lactobacillus cells (108-1010/g), zinc element (0.1-1mg/g), culture medium and water. The zinc-enriched inactivated lactobacillus microecological agent can effectively adjust enteric microecological balance of animals and effectively prevent diarrhea and other enteric diseases of livestock and poultry, wherein the zincelement contained in the zinc-enriched inactivated lactobacillus microecological agent not only can complement the requirement on the growth of animals, but also can reduce the addition level of zincoxide in feeds for weaned pigs. The zinc-enriched inactivated lactobacillus microecological agent can be used as a livestock and poultry feeding microecological agent for reducing the addition of zinc oxide in feeds for weaned pigs, avoiding zinc poisoning caused by a high-zinc formula, and greatly reducing the risk of environmental pollution caused by zinc residual in pig manure.
