Analysis and optimization of InGaN laser diode with landscape model

We applied optical and electric model coupled with landscape theory to analyze InGaN laser diodes and results are matched well to the commercial grade Laser diode. Next, we analyzed the structure, understand the key factor and make some further optimization of the reference structure including different quantum well numbers and the quantum barriers.
