Dünnschichtchromatographische Trennung und quantitative Bestimmung von Tryptophanmetaboliten im Urin

A sensitive thin-layer chromatographic method is described for the determination of urinary tryptophane metabolites. The method allows a simple measurement of xanthurenic, kynurenic and 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid in urine collected following a tryptophane load test.
