Влияние изменения селенового статуса на показатели цитокинов у больных с внебольничными пневмониями

Normal changes in cytokin status in 74 military men with out-of-hospital pneumonia having selenium defi ciency were studied. Th ey were recommended to correct impairments determined. Selenium defi ciency in patients with pneumonia is stated to be one of factors contributing to activation of infl ammation and formation of systemic infl ammatory reaction. Th e correction of impairments determined may be achieved by the administration of selenium medicine in complex therapy of pneumonia.
