Digital dorsal perforator flap is a minimal island flap of finger dorsal area that relies on the blood supply from dorsal branch of proper palmar digital artery and digital dorsal artery. It is mainly used for repairing the skin defects at middle and distal segments of the same finger. It can be designed as thumb radial/ulnar palmar artery perforator flap, thumb dorsal artery perforator flap and other digital dorsal perforator flap.
