The present invention provides a novel selective 5-serotonin reuptake inhibitor and its medical use. Provided is an amine compound shown by the structural formula I, wherein R1 represents substituted H, CH3, OCH3, F, Cl, and Br at different positions of the benzene ring; and R2 and R3 represent H or C1-3 alkyls, and R2 and R3 are the same or different.
