Multilayer co-extruded polyurethane plastic thermal insulation pipe and production method for same

2012
The invention relates to the field of plastic production, in particular to a multilayer co-extruded polyurethane plastic thermal insulation pipe and a production method for the same. The multilayer co-extruded polyurethane plastic thermal insulation pipe sequentially comprises an inner pipe, a polyurethane foam layer and an outer pipe from inside to outside, wherein the polyurethane foam layer is arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe and adhered with the inner pipe and the outer pipe, the inner pipe sequentially and structurally comprises a first PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) layer, a first glue connection layer, an EVOH (ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer) oxygen-impermeable layer, a second glue connection layer and a second PEX layer from inside to outside, and the outer pipe is a spirally wound HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe. The multilayer co-extruded polyurethane plastic thermal insulation pipe is superior in thermal insulation, long in service life, convenient in transportation and low in production cost.
