Пятилетние результаты применения интерстициальной лучевой терапии рака предстательной железы

The article analyzes the results of brachytherapy with 125I sources in 117 prostate cancer patients of low and intermediate-risk group (according to the D `Amico criteria) with an average follow-up of 5 years, operated in Research Institute of Urology from2000 to 2013. In the postoperative period (on the 30th day) patients underwent PDA (postimplantation dosimetric analysis), which restated the basic dosimetric parameters one of the most important D90 (dose that is received by 90% of the prostate gland). According to our data, the 5-year disease-free survival was significantly higher in the patients who received radiation dose D90> 140Gy, than in patients with the dose 140 Gy), but statistically significant differences between the groups were obtained only in the incidence of dysuria: 58.6% and 42.4%, respectively (p
