The ceiling air conditioner panel according to the invention comprises a panel main body, an air return frame, an ascending and descending mechanism and a support mechanism, wherein the ascending and descending mechanism is respectively connected with the panel main body and the air return frame, through the ascending and descending mechanism, the air return frame has a separation position separated from the panel main body and a closing position closed with the panel main body, the support mechanism supports the air return frame in the closing position onto the panel main body. The closed air return frame is supported through using the support structure, so that the tight attachment to the panel main body is realized, the gravity of the air return frame is borne by the panel main body, the air return frame is stably and safely recovered in the panel main body, a hanging wire does not bear the gravity of the air return frame, and the problem of fatigue fracture due to long-time stress receiving of the hanging wire is avoided.
