The invention provides a method for synthesizing a ZSM-5 molecular sieve containing phosphor, which comprises the following steps: mixing a silicon source, an aluminum source, an organic template agent Q, alkali and water and obtaining a reaction mixture in which the SiO2 to Al2O3 molar ratio is between 20 and 1,000, the OH to SiO2 molar ratio is between 0.03 and 0.5, the Q to SiO2 molar ratio is between 0.03 and 0.5 and the H2O to SiO2 molar ratio is between 5 and 20; and then subjecting the reaction mixture to hydrothermal crystallization, wherein the reaction mixture containing a phosphor source and a molar ratio of alkali metal to SiO2 in the reaction mixture is less than 0.01. The method for synthesizing the ZSM-5 molecular sieve containing phosphor has a short preparation process, a simple production process and great significance for the reduction of the synthesis cost of the ZSM-5 molecular sieve containing phosphor. In addition, the molecular sieve prepared by the method has an extremely high catalytic activity.
