Research on Three-Capacity Liquid Level System Based on Model Predictive Control

The three-capacity liquid level control system is a typical problem in the liquid level control system. Because of its nonlinearity and time delay, it is difficult to identify by traditional mechanism methods. Therefore, this paper uses model predictive control to solve these problems. The constraint problem of multivariable coupled systems is solved by introducing dynamic matrix control algorithm in model predictive control. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, a MATLAB simulation platform was built to implement the algorithm. The experimental results show that the output can track the input of the system well and has a good response to the fluctuation of the constraint variables.
