Estudio de los contenidos en humedad y cenizas de Todarodes sagittatus y Loligo forbesi Cepahalopoda teuthoidea, del Banco Pesquero Canario-Africano

On the wet weight and ash contents of Todarodes sagittatus (Lamarck, 1799) and Loligo forbesi (Steenstrup, 1856) (Cephalopoda: Teuthoidea), of the Canary-African fishing bank. The results obtained in samples of whole animal, mantle and tentacle concerning the loss on drying, ash and weight as percent of total weight, of specimens belonging to the species Todarodes sagittatus (Lamarck, 1799) and Loligo forbesi (Steenstrup, 1856) from the Canary-African fishing bank, are shown as monthly and mean values, andas a function of the sex and sexual maturity state.
