Memristive effect in BaTiO3/La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 bilayer

We have fabricated bilayer of BaTiO3/La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (BTO/LCMO) using pulsed laser deposition technique and investigated colossal magnetoresistive property of LCMO and ferroelectric property of BTO through magnetization, polarization, and magneto-transport measurements. Furthermore, the memristive behavior of bilayer was verified from read resistance versus write voltage (VW) measurement. The device can be tuned from OFF state to different ON states by varying VW. The multistate resistance states displaying hysteresis signals the non-volatile nature of the device.
