The present invention discloses a process for producing propylene oxide. A reaction kettle, an interval of 10 ~ 300s for a recoil, in order to ensure the continuity of the separation reaction. The present invention, feedstock is contacted with the catalyst sufficiently, the conversion of hydrogen peroxide ≥96%, selectivity to propylene oxide ≥95%.
