Regulated power supply design based on vibration energy technology

A regulated power based on vibration energy harvesting chip was designed to supply for low power wireless sensors.It was mainly consisted of two modules:a vibration energy harvester and a regulated power circuit.The parameters of passive components in the circuit were decided by both features of vibration energy and requirements of load.Simulation results showed that vibration energy regulated power had advantages of high efficiency,low ripple and noise.
