Оценка влияния обучения участковых терапевтов г. Комсомольска-на-Амуре на изменение в тактике лечения пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа

The purpose of research to appreciate effi cacy of primary care physicians training in the program «Diagnostics and treatment of type II DM» and changes in medical tactics of treatment of patients with type II diabetes, living in this district. The HbAlc level in 12 months from the beginning of the research became reliably lower than before the beginning of the research. Research has shown, that increase of the level of knowledge and active attraction of rural primary care physicians to treatment of type II diabetes promoted positive changes in tactics of diabetic patients management.
