The invention discloses an online quick method for improving the accuracy of attitude determination of an airborne platform. Under the condition of selecting low-cost and low-accuracy INS (Inertial Navigation System) equipment, the method can online correct low-accuracy INS attitude determination data by implementing that variation of attitude angles of the platform can be calculated by relative motion of two adjacent aerial images in a central processing unit of the airborne platform, so that the attitude determination accuracy of the airborne platform can be quickly improved in an online manner. The method is characterized in that the relative motion of the two adjacent aerial images can be calculated by an image matching algorithm; the attitude angle variation of the platform can be calculated by establishing a mapping relationship between variation of the attitude angle of the airborne platform and the relative motion of the aerial images; and the low-accuracy INS attitude determination data can be corrected online by using the calculated variation of the attitude angle so as to online improve the attitude determination accuracy of the airborne platform. The method can reduce system cost, online correct the measurement errors of the INS attitude angles with frequency higher than 20Hz, and is applicable to situations that the attitude of the airborne platform varies frequently in aerial remote sensing application.
